Our teaching method, based on Suggestopedia, incorporates hands-on experiences with positive reinforcement of the natural learning abilities of every individual.

It's a system derived from studies of the human mind and how it acquires knowledge, with consideration for Professor Georgi Lozanov's conclusions that learning is enhanced when tension, stress, and preconceptions are removed.

We believe that powerful learning must engage both the analytical brain and the emotional brain, along with both states of mind :the conscious and the unconscious.

Based on these principles, Humana focuses on the application and expansion of the following:

• How the Brain Works : Understanding the functions of the brain is important to the design of effective teaching and learning experiences.
• Emotional States : Emotional states affect learning. We help our participants learn to manage their emotional states and find ideal states to enhance their learning.
• The Role of Music and Art and a Stimulating Learning Environment : Music and Art create emotional engagement and memorability. A stimulating learning environment triggers expectancy and eagerness.
